My family and I had a great stay during the Easter weekend. The rooms were very pleasant, they were cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied . The hotel team were always friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. I will definitely recommend it to our friends. Rooms: Family friendly for children under 10 years Nearby activities: Aerial cable, Lions Park, Elephant sanctuary, boat cruise, horse riding, archery and hiking trails
The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. We were there for three nights and didn't bother going out for dinner. The spa is a must. Value for money!Rooms: 5/5
o wow - Boutique Hotel? not! I travel quite a bit and this is not a boutique hotel - look at the coaches in your reception area - tattered, torn, ugly..... rooms are average. Service poor. we were woken at 05:00 the Saturday morning with crockery and cutlery being slammed and put down obviously getting ready for breakfast shift but wow - when on a weekend away you would like to sleep in a bit. My breakfast they only had half of my dish but did not discuss this with me - just brought what they had - yet when you dare to order a second cup of cappuccino you need to pay in, breakfast is included in the price ? but why not disclose that only one coffee/cappuccino is included. overall we did not have an enjoyable stay. Noteworthy details: not worth the money you spend
Overpriced. Beds not comforrable. Bedrooms need maintenance. Food expensive. Cushions very bad. Linen outdated. Blankets very small. The weekend was not agood experience at all. Wedding venue was nice.Rooms: 2/5
Located out from hartbeespoort city center , the hotel is in a very quite place , the pool and garden are very nice. Just a bit complain for the offer of the TV channels and for the bfast time
Three oaks and aloe needs to upgraded to a five star hotel!!!! The place is beautiful, the view is to die for!!!!!! Service from Moses and the team is out of this world The rooms are top notch ,clean , smells fresh, full equipped with everything you need !!!!! The food guys , I was complaining about the price at first but actually we ate more for way less and not just your basic buffet, we taking about prawn cocktails, lamp chops all the top cuisine guys the breakfast is hands down the best breakfast we have ever had !!!!!!!!! Again the service from the staff out of this world guys. They can improve of the cleaning the rooms much quicker more especially when people are on breakfast they can use that time to clean but other than that my stay was awesome !!!!!!!!!!!! This is definitely our new home I'm super super impressed
Came for my wife's birthday, we did a 60min hot stone massage and we were both impressed and satisfied. We got lost on our way and they sent us their location. Excellent service, we'll definitely be coming back.Service: 5/5
What is said on their website doesn't match what you get,also the rooms were very cold,no gowns n sleepers while its tiled floors no carpets. The food was nice but the menu needs to be looked into cos one can end up eating one thing over and over,there's no variety.Rooms: 1/5
The place is beautiful,quiet and secure. The manager Pearl made us feel special. The romantic setup was very beautiful. They arranged a birthday surprise for my wife within few hours. The waiters were very friendly. The spar package for couple worth it. The food were top notch. I will definitely come back again.Rooms: 5/5
The staff went over and above what would have been expected of them and thus the great experience...customer service goes a long way...I would like to recommend that you guys introduce a laundry service for your guests.Rooms: 5/5
