Date Night not too Long ago.... Great Service... Quick and Friendly.... They get rather busy, but if you don't mind people then it won't be a problem... Food: 5/5

The food, customer service and atmosphere is okay, however be warned if you are going to let your child play in the play area, the black lady that's incharge of supervision over the kids will just be standing there day dreaming, we were there on the 25th of January 2023 for supper in the evening and my Goodness Goodluck if you have to speak to her she is very unpleasant and absolutely arrogant her attitude is of a very incompetent character, we had asked her to please just observe and watch over our daughter whilst we quickly order her meal and she rudely responded by saying oh you don't expect me to walk around here follow her, I was shocked by that response and I was wondering if I disturbed her day dreaming, she was incharge of the play area but she seemed very unhappy being there she spent most of her time leaving the play area constantly.  This is not so at the other  branches even the play area at suncity is a much better choice if you're going as a family. The lady that watches over the kids at the suncity branch she's absolutely efficient and competent.

Once again!!!  Thunder Eagle Spur never disappointing.  Customer service is outstanding.  Food is spectacular as well as the drinks.  Always a pleasure to be assisted by Focus.  Keep up the awesome service.

Always love going to this spur. The breakfast is proper value for money, along with my standard Cappuccino with cream. Staff are fantastic. Always service with a smile, especially Bayethe and Thandiwe. Always a pleasure seeing them. Keep it up Spur

Food is always great at any spur!! Service here was a bit slow, but I was not in a hurry. The view is cool from the seating close to the casino area. I see lots of Indians in Carnival City so I would like to suggest that Spur offer more lamb meals as most Hindus don’t eat beef. In Durban most Spurs offer a few more lamb dishes. Also consider a 200g lamb chop dish because often I’m not that hungry but would like to eat at Spur.

Worse Spur ever....they don't season their expensive food and they use refined salt not sea salt which is much healthier and safer for your health....they don't season their food and expect you to use refined iodized salt raw.  Its honestly not worth it....rather visit FEGO or STEERS instead....or just save your money and eat at home...come with a full stomach and just snack.....  Oh wait did I mention the customer service is below zero

We were here on a very busy night. Our food came quick, service was good, food was awesome, can't complain about anything.

Spur probably the best franchise out there... They always make you feel welcome.... Best place to go for a birthday celebration.... Great tradition... And exceptional food ! *  Thanks Thepo for service
