Excellent service and quick to come and install. Very happy with the work done and will definitely recommend them. Had a snag where one of the cuts were too small, but they had it sorted out the very next day! Now that is service!
We had quite a complexed installation and Granite City not only provided quality product at a brilliant rate but also managed the installation and the result was perfect. I highly recommend this supplier. Mike was the installer I presume they have a few teams but need to mention he is excellent at what he does. Also has an eye for what would look good. Some of our installation had to be designed, cut and installed on the fly. Again thanks guys and welcome to mention/share me as a reference. Cheers William
I am not easily impressed, even if I have to say so myself... but Soraya and her team proved that it is still possible. They blew my mind! I have a general belief that one cannot find a company that is able to deliver on all 3 factors of business which is Good Quality, Great Service and The Best Pricing... You always have to compromise on one, but with Granite City I received all 3 factors which seemed effortless to them. I will recommend them above all!
Installed a cracked piece of granite in the kitchen. Now say there is nothing they can do.
Unprofessional and terrible service. Wish I had never wasted my time with these guys. Benzi the owner clearly has low standards and caters for the very low bottom of the market.
I called them, the lady who answered the phone promised to forward some details about prices, transportation,nothing happened. Disappointed.
I was almost happy with your service until now.I am still waiting for someone that will be polishing my granite after installation.I am really dissapointed by the service that I got.No communication from your side and couple of time got the phone put down on me,or not returning my calls.My sister was looking to install granite and you bet I will not be sending her your way.
