Build it is such a great place. Only one problem is that I didn't find my item.
Very disgusting service rendered. Opened a savings account however later cancelled the service and was to get my money refunded however 3 months and countless calls later, empty promises of money being paid this Friday and next friday etc! My patience is running out and am very appalled by the owner's lack of empathy towards his client's. Wouldn't recommend this branch to anybody!!!!!
Phenominal service received from Sugen . He took the time to understand my problem and trouble shoot to find a cost effective resolution. It was not about the sales to him, it was definately all about making sure the customer is happy.
It's never busy. Good prices on their own brand. Limited range compared to other hardware stores.

When I initially visited the store it was fantastic so I returned. Since my 2nd and 3rd visit, I felt irritated that I had to wait for a salws person to walk with me, now I do not have the leisure of browsing through different items before I can buy. I also did not like that there is one cashier who will have to be called to come assist me and in the middle of the transaction leave me to attend to her collegue then come to me. Oh please change the sanitizer, it smelt like those mobile toilet liquid.
Terrible service. Acts like they doing you a favour when they should appreciate the business instead. I left and did not buy and will not ever go back nor do i recommend anyone going to build it tongaat. They are pathetic all round. Owners should close down and rather become a street vendor. Disgrace for build it
Totally disgusting experience , made an order and paid in full , however they did not have stock for the order , requested refund 10 times already , empty promises for over 2 weeks , not answering calls or replying to emails . Empty promises
Excellent service and wide variety of products along with friendly staff who have great product knowledge. Also suprised to see some of the other hardware stores in the area buying products at the build it. Seems to be downscaling but was informed by staff they are just moving upstairs In same complex.
