This location can be quite chaotic, especially on weekends, and resembles a taxi rank. The convenience store, while previously well-stocked and clean, has since declined in quality, with occasional shortages such as running out of ice cream. It's also quite expensive like most convenience stores. Additionally, only one pump offers air for tires, and a few pumps aren't functional at the filling station. On the bright side, the staff is typically friendly, and there is enough parking available
Terrible. Just the worst. Last week I left after waiting for 20min. Today I waited for over 20min... would have left but I needed the fuel. There are 3/8 pumps working and 2/7 red shirt staff working. There is one card machine between everyone... Never again.
You get here at 6:50 no one will help you fill up petrol till 7:00 as they are "changing shifts". They don't care if you have to be anywhere at 7:00 they all stand around or sit in their office watching you.
Terrible service. While I type this there are 5 employees who refuse to serve me and three other cars because the shift change is at 7 and I have been here for 5 minutes already.

A staff member just stands in front of the toilet entrance and literally stares at you while you go into the bathroom & asks you to pay for toilet paper
Dirty public restroom ladies, no toilet paper available, a lady, in uniform, sitting outside the restrooms SELLING toilet paper for R2.00 per roll, WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
