Total Garage, Walmer

This was the second time in 2 weeks that I stopped for petrol. Sadly to say you can rather close your doors because service is disgusting. If they don't sit on the toilet. They don't see you. Walk pass you and just ignore you. And when you tell the girl you will not support them anymore you get a back chat attitude.

This petrol station opened again recently, having been closed for renovations etc for ages. Sweet young novice attended to my car needs. I see there's a mug n bean opening next door to a decent-looking snack shop.

When petrol station first opened the service was excellent, the staff was on the ball. Lately the service has gone downhill, the service is slow, one time I waited almost 15 minutes to be attended to and it wasn't busy. One attendant was running around trying to assist while the rest where god knows where.

Its been months since the reopening of this station and the staff says the car wash is still not open since the station reopened. Staff doesnt seem bothered at all. With that bad attitude they won't be seeing me again.

BEST Total in Port Elizabeth!! Friendly and efficient staff. Will never visit another Total again

Brilliant service! Total Walmer will always be my petrol station of choice.
