We by our cars at ECM and have them serviced and maintained by ECM as well. Their workshop technicians are some of the best and the staff is friendly with excellent service. We highly recommend them.

Phoned re a broken rear window on Saturday. Promised to phone me back in 10 minutes and no one bothered. Can't book services on Saturdays either. I sorted out my window problem with another vendor with one phone call. Will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere as well.

Absolutely incompetent.Asked for replacement of an aircon actuator .Even indicated which one.Technicians overruled my laymans observations and replaced the wrong one.Now am expected to once again drive into Gqeberha from Addo at my own expense while they decide what to do.

Wanted to buy a Wildtrak, they let me testdrive and everything. I told them i wanted the bakkie. They said okay, weve got all details because i baught another vehicle there they will start with the documents. An hour later the phone me juat to tell me that they sold the bakkie to someone else. Worst experience of my life.

I took my bakkie in last week Thursday as it was making a noise. Turns out the problem is the propshaft, so I have to have it repaired elsewhere. I paid for the time it took to discover the problem, however I didn’t receive my invoice as it was load shedding.. I was promised that it would be emailed to me. I have phoned 3 times for the invoice but still have not received it.I will need to physically go in to get the invoice as I am just not getting it despite being promised numerous times that it was being sent as we were talking. I need the invoice in order to explain to the new place where I need to have my vehicle repaired what the problem is. Worse service ever.

It was the worst service ever recieved. We were on holiday and our Ford Ranger burst a water pipe. The mechanic didn't even do effort just to check. Only response we got was come back the 12th of April we where there the 29th March and we will have a look!!!
