If you would like to waste away while you wait for your wash and vacuum this is the place to be. I arrived shortly after 11am and by 12:40 my car has not been dried and I was still in a queue for it to be vacuumed. Had to be at an appointment at 1pm so eventually cut my losses and leave. Going to have to get it washed again as the streaks look as bad as the dirt did.

Stopped here for a top up of diesel. Although there attendant was a tad slow at getting to me after I had stopped, he said and asked all the right questions expected of a forecourt attendant, as well as working quite efficiently. He suggested to me that I could pop into the shop while he did the diesel but I declined the offer. There is a car wash on site as well as public toilets. Well done.

Have majority of the time always thrown in petrol never had any problems Carwash was great but after today 27 April 2022 I am very disappointed in the staff and the way they cleaned my vehicle Other places charge R70 compared to total charlo R105 and do a flippen awesome clean looks like the car comes off the showroom floor but today car doesn't even look clean and then the guy that dry the car off doesn't rinse the cloth after he drops it not once but twice on the floor ,mags not cleaned ,car not washed properly, no air freshener no hi pressure cleaner etc Very disappointed after today and sad part is I don't even stay in the area yet because service was always so good I always drove from south end to fill up and get my weekly car wash

The staff are always friendly and willing to go out of the way to assist. I thank sidwell who allowed me to phone home as I forgot my new pin number and my phone at home. He really is such a asset to this garage thank you

Pathetic customer service taking my car for a wash. Left my car with them for 2 hours after they told me it would only take an hour and then the Supervisor tries to blame me saying they had to rush it to get it done for me who wanted it done in an hour? Way overpriced for a half job and useless service. Will never use them again!

Had an emergency last night 01/08/21 and staff would not full car cos of curfew just standing in the shop any other garage does full up verry bad experience

I had to clean the bugs off my car after the car wash, not properly dried off, probably the worst car wash I’ve had for R115.

Absolutely pathetic customer service in the forecourt. Car wash totally overpriced. I'll spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. Would be a 0 star rating if it was available.

Absolutely unprofessional service from the carwash attendants. One of the car wash attendants turned on my radio and blasted my music on full blast while he took my sunglasses out of my glove box and wore it. Total Charlo will not see me again!
