Total Kempton

Went to the total to do a gas exchange. I said 'good day my friend' to the attendant working there and he went on to tell me he's not my friend and gave me terrible service with a ton of attitude. Something is clearly not right here. Seems there is a problem with my skin colour. The lady inside was sweet and professional. No issue there. I've had many issues in the past here with the male attendants. Even though I see all people as equal and worthy of respect. Like my back wiper being pulled off after being cleaned a year ago so when I use it it scratches my window. Fortunately it fell off from the first bump in the road. Being told to move pumps just because they say so. I only go there as a last resort. Go to the Engen up the road and to the left instead.

Your service is pathetic to say the least. The staff is extremely rude and make you wait for service with no regard and this is not the first time I have experienced this. I will never support you again.

The staff are really really rude, I would rather drive to the MBT in De Wiekus road even though it's more inconvenient for me.
