terrible experience , petrol was mixed with water ,i guess because of the heavy rains, but the owner did not acknowledge that , he said a statement like he does not sell water, i was one of the unlucky customers that got petrol mixed with water, i was so disappointed with his response as the car had an issue and machanic pumped out all the petrol i went with it in container as proof, he dismissed me saying he will come back to me , but i know he wont based on his attitude so will take it further, the least i need was my money back , not even asking for him to pay the cost of the mechanic, i feel is taking an advantage because i'm a women.

There are a couple of dishonest petrol attendands who put less fuel than one would have paid for, only to pretend to have made a mistake when you demand a slip. They try and disrupt your attention by telling you that one of your tyres is flat. I have had this experience on countless occassions. Am sure they do this to a lot of unsuspecting customers. My wife had a similar experience just today.

Shocking service from Rienert petrol station this morning. They are not 'allowed' to assist with changing tyres? 2 ladies were struggling to change their tyre and everyone just stood and watched. As a woman driving alone, petrol stations are a safe haven where help is provided, this obviously doesn't apply here

Always go there as my number 1 petrol station keep up the good work!!
