I was a bit sceptical at first when I saw the warehouse but man was I surprised. They did an incredible job on my P-Series, custom built. Took a bit long but was worth the wait. Very solid materials used and very strong. Highly recommended!!!
Would not recommend this company waist of time after a booking was made arrive there only to be told there is 2 cars in front of me gentleman said it will take 4 hours so I booked 4 hours out only to be told I have to wait until carr are finished and I’ll probably be ready by 5-6pm
These guys are brilliant. So happy with the service on my H1. Was very worried that the PDC was going to be affected but it was no problem. Have used them before and always been a pleasure. They should offer tea or coffee.
We had our towbar installed here today and they did a great job. Looks good and was a easy arrangement to get it done. Got quick responses and great quality of work. I would return for sure.

Had to wait for ages since technican just disappeared for 2 hours. After I made an appointment for a certain time. Response to reply: I made the apointment the previous week The quality of work was good however
Do not use this company if you expect *ANY* form of service. Stay away!! I should have read the other reviews and Hellopeter post first. I phoned in for a quote and got a price. Then I went in to the physical "shop" on Friday 11.12.2020 for a printed quote and discuss fitment. Told them I was going on leave and it had to be fitted first thing Tuesday morning 15.12.2020. All good. Then I was told to do an immediate EFT of the full amount should I accept, so they can order the tow bar from Johannesburg. All good. Then I was told to leave as the quote would be emailed. Waited two hours, no quote. Phoned again, waited another hour, quote received. Accepted the quote and did an immediate eft as instructed. All done before 13:00 on Friday 11.12.2020. Enough time to order the tow bar from Joburg. Phoned them Friday afternoon to confirm if they received my payment and placed the order. No answer. Emailed them, no reply. Sent an SMS Friday evening, no answer. Went in to the "shop" Saturday morning, the "receptionist" or lack thereof was "out for 30 minutes" This I was told by the cleaning girl. Nobody else can help. Got given another cell number for the "receptionist". Phoned her and she says, she will follow up and let me know a little later. Saturday goes by, no call, no email. Sunday morning goes by, no call, no email. Now I am worried, Tuesday is around the corner. So I find them on Facebook, send a message on Sunday afternoon, they read it, but no reply. Send another sms to both numbers on Sunday evening, no reply. Monday morning I send another 2 sms's and Facebook message. Someone finally replies on messenger, "Give us a call and we will be able to assist". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I have to call them, so they can assist!!! I call them and get told they will call me back. Monday morning passes and 14:00 I decide to go to the "shop" AGAIN!!! Note, this is the third time I have to drive to their "shop" just to get an answer. I get there and the "receptionist" is red faced. "Oh, I received your SMS" What the actual heck??? So you received my messages, but you just ignore them?? No answer, she will find out. Note, she has been "finding out" since Saturday morning. On the phone with who I presume is the owner. The answer I get, wait for it, we have place the order THIS MORNING, and it is being sent via AIROPLANE and SHOULD PROBABLY be here Tuesday morning AROUND 10am. Not talking to me directly, but rather "though" the receptionist. I did not accept as that was not the agreement. Then the owner decides to talk to me on the phone, and tells me the supplier will not give them a refund, like it's my problem they didn't order it on time. Needless to say, after telling them exactly how shockingly poor their "lack of service" was I demanded a refund. Never in my life will I deal with you or any of your Akita guard brands or products. You don't even deserve one star.
Even though my towbar was delayed slightly the Communication from the cape town team was good. The quality of the work represented good value and the technical support on after sales queries from the jhb office Francois was great. Overall good experience!
Salvina and her team was amazing. From the first Enquiry until collecting my vehicle. The service was fantastic and the towbar looked amazing. Can highly recommend them!
