Pathetic customer service from the customer care Consultant / office conter clerk by the Name of Ismail Rathondwa , not really sure of the spelling of the surname . I sent my 65 year old Dad to collect my study material after standing for sometime in the que this consultant gives him a stinking attitude without assisting him thoroughly or giving enough information for the next step instead he just dismissed him .Why is he there if he cant service customers . part of his job description is to have good communication skills , is it because its in a township or because he is black . Iam very much certain that he would received a better service if he was WHITE . I need this to be reviewed and also provide feedback . ASAP or else I will escalate this if there is no action taken .Worst part is that I called in to get more info as my Dad couldnt understand why he was dismissed so quickly HE HAS THE NERVE TO HANG UP ON ME

Those people know what they doing as soon as you enter the door someone will immediately help you I give them thumbs up

Very poor service last year I had a package that was supposed to be collected but due to the collection letter came late package was returned back to sender. Samething this year have a package that I waited for 4 months to be shipped to our country they send a letter on the 19 March 2021 on which the letter says if not delivered for 30 days it goes back the stamp on the letter it's date is 23rd February. It's very sad that just a delivery letter or slip can take 24days before it reach my home.I m very disappointed better our packages to be carrierd delivered to us now mxm.

Teller was not accurate on how much my package cost so she asked the next person and made there own estimates than following correct procedures. It shows lack of knowledge towards there own jobs.

I have pass Superspar this morning the service was so good am happy to see all our shops are operating
