Tsitsikamma Lodge and Spa

What an amazing place to spend a getaway, inside the cabin it did not feel like winter outside. Beds are comfortable and the cabins are spacious and neat. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. The views are amazing. Breakfast and dinner was so well set out, With a wide variety of food to choose from. Also had a spa treatment that was 10/10. Would highly recommend as everything is 10/10.

We were blessed with 2 nights here as a honeymoon gift 3 Dec - 5 Dec 2022. We arrived after the wedding to a chained closed entrance gate despite having confirmed our arrival time via telephone twice prior. We were without electricity for some time into our arrival. Our wedding team paid for a honeymoon package, as a surprise, which we didn’t receive. Before our check-out time, a cleaner entered our cabin and started to clean around us … we felt kicked out. However, not all was unenjoyable. The premises was breathtaking. The hike was lovely. The food was delicious! The staff were friendly & the spa was professional & relaxing. Food & drinks: The buffet was presented beautifully & it was so tasty!

We had a lovely stay at Tsitsikamma Lodge. The nature and views from the cabins are amazing! Breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in future.Rooms: 5/5

First time visiting the Lodge & Spa. We had thee most amazing Family weekend. From arrival to check out we were helped by thee most friendly reception staff,porters that helped us with our luggage to our rooms. Breakfast Lunch Supper is out of this world,kitchen chef sure know their thing when it comes to good food. The rooms were neat & tidy. Rachel at the spa,those messages were thee best,The Fillis Clan will definitely come back in future. We don't remember all the names of all the staff members but all staff members should keep up the good work. This place really is value for money!

The staff made it a memorable experience.All of them display friendliness with a high level of professionalism.The food is excellent We recommended it to our families and friends. Gripes:WiFi needs to be sorted out Monkeys stealing the data It was scorching hot and the fan that was high up on the ceiling did not made any difference...an upgrade in the cooling is recommended...but Even these small gremlins won't keep me away from the Tsitsikamma Lodge

The service was excellent all round, from the warm friendly faces at reception to the helpful gentlemen who took our luggage to our cabin, to the extra inviting staff at the restaurant, we can't say thank you enough. The food was absolutely amazing and we were spoilt for choice. To top it all off, we met some really amazing guests and experience some of the trails within the grounds. Waking up to the picturesque mountains made it feel like we were in another world. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked our next stay :

Nice place, good food but network on the place needs to be looked into, had zero network on thier wifi for the duration of the stayRooms: 4/5

Unfortunately not worth the 4 stars anymore. Lodge definitely needs to be refurbished. The past glory is long gone.

If you want privacy travelling with the kids ,this won't be the place to stay ... The cabin is beautiful and the open plan is very unique It was clean and the staff are very friendly ,from the reception to the restaurant staff ,they really went all out to make us feel welcomed Dinner was great but wish they could have more variety especially if they are serving Buffet not limiting us to one starch ,one vegetable ,there must be different sauces if your serving Greek salad and even with desert you can't serve a malva pudding without a custard but as for the meat ..I really enjoyed all three that were being served The Restaurant waiters waited for us while me and husband were talking since the cabin doesn't have privacy and we are used to talking about different topics until late ,so we had to do it in the restaurant since we didn't want to disturb our kids sleeping .. But our stay was just superb ,the bed were comfortable and our kids had a great time playing with other kids Thank you to everyone who made our stay easy
