Typo

Im absolutely dissapointed by the service i received this afternoon. A lady served my sister and I and could not help herself to make rude and obnoxious comments. Typo was one of my favorite stores however im not so sure anymore.

I am pregnant and I’ve been standing on a queue as the next person to be helped for 30 min today. The service is poor, they don’t have sense of urgency. I was dizzy by the time I left.

I visited the store today with my 11 year old daughter who is obsessed with earning loyalty points at typo and cotton on. Kristy the cashier at typo asked if my daughter wanted to add an additional few Rands to get the calendar and we declined. She rang up the purchase which was R150. I then asked Jaime if she provided Kristy with her email address for the points. Kristy did not ask for it and was extremely obnoxious and said" you will hardly earn any pounts". I was shocked at her response since their is a behavioral psychology attached to frequenting a particular store. Her attitude I would like to say was a "an un - erasable typo" send her to stores like typo greenstone to do some copying and pasting of Excellent Customer Engagement

Music way way too loud - Typo staff have to scream to one another in order to communicate. Customers cannot communicate with staff due to the loud music - I myself couldn't hear what the lady assisting me was trying to say. Was in the queue to pay for over 20 minutes - system was "slow" on an extremely busy Saturday during the festive season. Typo was having a sale - the staff should have expected a larger volume of people due to the sale, and should have been better prepared. Boxes of stock were being hauled into the store and placed in the walking areas, so the store became more and more crowded as customers struggled to move within the store.

Really cool things like phone covers, books and stationary.

Great shop, consider getting perks card for rewards.

Fave shop in the world!!! The best things in life are at typo. All the things you don't need but it lightens up your mood, brightens up your day & absolutely makes your life Love the staff as well.
