The service is amazing. The friendliness and love and deliberate need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is evident. I absolutely loved the interaction with everyone who served me, from reception, dinning, conference and room service. The staff is a happy bunch. I am yet to encourage such happy people at work. Thank you so much for making sure that our needs were taken care of. The food, aaah the best calories ever. Worth every bite. Kitchen team, thank you so much! The rooms were always clean. Otherwise the place is no luxury, it is country at its best but the best ever. You will enjoy the experience...sunset walks, hiking and running here was soul filling. Thank you everyone, security included. You are such a joyous and professional bunch. Thank you!

Really a place to reminisce about; the services mainly the restaurant and the reception/ accommodation section have an accommodative warmth. The restaurant staff have pitched higher, ensuring all is well at all times during meals - ready to assist. The scenery outside near the chapel is refreshing and with a bit of light it becomes more admirable due to the nearby orchard, damp low cut grass and no excess leaves on the ground. The area is filled with trees and the best part is light can still pass through As quite as the place is/ and should be, vehicles can still be heard from the main road - just to remind you that there is still a real world active outside. With the little i have seen, i feel the place still has more to offer.

I went to TCL with family and the service from the security and reception were great. Booking was quick and the receptionist Nicolas was very friendly. The triple room is very spacious. The restaurant is very clean, there’s variety of food on the menu and the food was very delicious . We couldn’t finish our meals because the portions are big, it’s value for money. The food was well cooked and doesn’t take time. The best part was the animal farm with play areas. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave, they also loved the pool. I didn’t have enough time to check out the spa and the game drive which shows that there’s so much to do at the lodge. Safety: The security is great and the place is very quiet. You don’t hear people walking around the lodge. Walkability: There are directions everywhere and the walking paths are soothing with trees. It’s easy to find the rooms

On a lazy Sunday went out with my girl at night just two hours before they closed. We ordered wings and they literally gave me water cooked wings barely spiced and salted with dripping water. I've never felt so disrespected and I know that's not how they do things.Service: 1/5

Visited the place on a business trip. I was allocated a room with a broken door. The people at reception were very indifferent in dealing with my complaint. The room was not cleaned. The Lady that was asked to come and clean only brought a broom. She swept for the sake of sweeping.She displayed attitude. I wonder if the owners do read the reviews. Only complacent owners do not look at the Clients comments Food & drinks: Food was cooked outside with 3 legged pots. The food was never enough for the trainees.

Not to exited about this hotel and food Thank You for reading reviews. Our room was rather small and outdated. I think the airco was leaking at the floor. Several persons in our group had bottles of wine on their bills instead of glasses. I will do 1 more for replaying.Rooms: 3/5

I went to Earth Spa massage, was assisted by Senty and Olivia... The 2 ladies were amazing and making our booking easy. I won't mind rating them 5.

Only slept over for one night but what an enjoyable experience so definitely highly recommended. Professional friendly reception and staff. We asked for a breakfast bag as we left too early for breakfast. What a surprise, it was a like a picnic in a paperbag! Large variety of tasty stuff ranging from fruit salad to toasted sandwiches and juice and so much more.

Beautiful lodgeabsolutely enjoyed my time therebreakfast had great variety ..unfortunately the lunch and dinner menus were not so impressive...but perhaps the spa had better food. Otherwise all great,will definitely come back again!Rooms: 5/5

The service is emaculate. The location is simply splendid . The rooms are great but showing signs of oldness with some maintenance issues here and there.Rooms: 3/5
