An easy convenient stop, quick access to clean toilets. A good number of urinals and toilet booths as well as hand washing facilities. I would imagine that they have catered for even the busiest peak of the holiday season. There are a couple of auto banks placed outside of the high traffic areas, giving a feeling of better security while doing your banking. The shop has a wide variety of products, it was clean and logically laid out, in high season there may be a bottle neck in getting people out. Opposite the shop were a couple of franchise take away restaurants, I have not tried them so will not comment, suffice to say that the option is available. Generally very happy with my experience here.

Just a pity a did not take a photo of the bad state of the toilets. In the ladies toilets theres a bad smell. Got back at the vehicle, took my granddaughter to the wheelchair toilet. Floor was flooded, door cant lock from inside, asked her grandfather to take her into the mens sheelchair toilet. This was a storage room. Mugs in the basin. Toilet once again cant flush. So many visitors using your facilities. For a ultra city this is not standard

Don't waste your time stopping here ... Toilets mostly out of order, don't lock and dirty

Your gents toilets is the dirtiest of all filling station bathrooms I've encountered in 5 years. Smelly, broken doors, filthy basins, broken taps. In general, disgusting!

The ladies toilet facility is dirty with a number of toilets out of order, taps broken and hand dryer not working. This was not a pleasant experience!!

The most important amenity that everyone has to use whilst traveling, being the bathrooms is utterly disgusting.. smelly, dirty, no staff on scene to clean.. had to try hold my breath and walked out immediately without hesitation... Didn't even bother to attempt buying food or drink there . won't ever pitstop there again

A nice location to refill your tank while having a little break. We used this place often as our "mid-way" break coming from Bethlehem, Free State going towards the sea; Umhlanga or Ballito. Or if we were coming back from JoBurg to Mooi River, Treverton College. Ultra City is offering a wide range of drinks, god coffee and a lot of tasty snacks. The toilets are safe and clean.

Shops are nice, would have given better rating but ladies toilets are beyond otrocious, dirty, smells bad. Not acceptable.

I was given the manager's number so that I could log a complaint...call is ended every time. Restrooms are terrible. Several toilets are out of order...and the others are dirty. Floors dirty. Not a pleasant experience at all. This used to be one of the best garages! What happened?
