The booking process was handled by Caprice, very unhelpful and you have to keep calling her to ensure your booking gets confirmed. I emailed her the first day we arrived to request assistance with some problems we were experiencing at the resort. She has just ignored the messages. It's a pity that Umhlanga Sands a Tsogo resort nonetheless, has chosen such an unprofessional company to work with to manage their timeshare business.
Not interested to help you. Cellphone more imported. Dont even know where to get or contact holiday club.
The service is unfortunately really average. You have to follow up and manage them continuously
