Really nice place HOWEVER,the maintenance of the pool and gym is neglected, the pool has been green for a week and according to the body corp it's due to a water leak a water leak doesn't make a pool green...the gym equipment is extremely dusty and I actually needed to ask for it to be cleaned it's COVID and there isn't even sanitory wipes to wipe the equipment after use. Yet they don't ignore when warnings and penalties must be given this is more important than maintenance I hope this is seen and changes are made....kids are swimming in a green pool and can get sick. Other than maintenance and way to many rules.....I actually do recommend summerpark....lovely place & lovely friendly staff.
Really love our apartment, so close to everything!
It's very nice but the rent is very not worthed to pay so much rent and I will not recommend to buy
