The lodge consist of 6 luxurious bush rooms with ensuite bathroom, 2 Family Units, a boma area with open fire place, a large swimming pool, inside and outside dining areas, a lapa (entertainment area) with a braai (bbq), and a stunning viewing deck overlooking the African Wilderness.

The best place we have ever stayed! We were picked up from the airport as arranged and everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and was beautifully decorated. The safari was a fantastic experience and the food provided on the trip was good. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was always super. The chefs are amazing, as are the waiting staff. The food was wide-ranging and had lots of local flavours to it. The pool area and deck were well maintained and the loungers were comfortable. Each evening when at dinner, our room was serviced by the amazing staff [Edith!] so our mosquito net was in place. We couldn't have wanted for anything more than our stay at Unembeza, other than that we could have stayed longer!
The Lodge is truly well kept, with beautiful grounds, pool and viewing deck. The food was truly incredible, we LOVED every meal we had there breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall the staff was friendly and Maggie was absolutely great. We had the honeymoon sweet which was very specious and truly comfortable. We will be back!!!
What a fantastic location. Beautiful lodge, with exceptional rooms and houses. The staff is remarkable. Enormously friendly and full of attention every moment of the day. And that goes from the gardener up to the manager. The kitchen produces the most lovely and tasty food. The attention for details to make your stay better is remarkable. Rooms and lodges are perfectly cleaned and checked twice a day. This is a true paradise that makes an already beautiful stay in SA even way better and more beautiful. We stayed with the complete family of 14 people and we would like that thank the complete staff for the lovely stay.
What a beautiful piece of heaven. Took my partner there for his birthday and honestly best experience we ever had. Everything was beautiful and so tranquil. Our waiter was exceptional for the whole weekend. Honestly we are coming back in the new year for a longer stay.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed at Unembeza and Mhlabeni, an amazing wildlife/safari lodge last weekend. Wonderful accommodation, super friendly, welcoming and efficient staff, very comfortable beds, delicious food and a wide variety of beverages. Lots of game to be seen on the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate warthogs, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and many more. The lodge also offers guided walks and cycling tours on the estate and trips to the Kruger Park with experienced rangers...I am pleased to highly recommend this as a holiday destination and getaway.
I was blessed with a Full Body Massage on Wednesday ,28.09.2022. My booking was handled in a professional and clear manner by Charlene. On my arrival I was impressed by the beautiful and clear signage on the building and noticed that the garden was clean and well kept. I was promptly greeted by Charlene in a welcoming manner. I pointed out an unknown plant and she very knowledgeably could identify and name the plant. I found her response to my question very informative. We then walked through to the treatment room and on route I was greeted by Rennie who greeted me with a warm smile. At the treatment room Charlene introduced me to Carula who was doing my massage. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the treatment room. Carula did a phenomenal job. I will recommend Unembeza to all my friends and colleagues. Ps. I apologize if I spelt any names incorrectly.
I enjoyed my stay at Unembeza Villa Mbali, it was very nice, stuff was very friendly. Food was so delicious, especially the Kinglip prepared by chef Leago it was the best ! Definitely coming back again.Rooms: 5/5

The hospitality there is A class ,,,the place is heaven on earth and not to mention the food... booked for 2 nights and wanted to live there everyday. Definitely coming back againRooms: 5/5
Unembeza is a little heaven on earth!!!! Our stay was peaceful and calm. We received a 5 start treatment the moment we arrived from Patience, she offered us welcome drinks, gave us a tour around the lodge and then took us to our room. The following day she came to us to remind us our activities for the day, such an amazing lady. We stayed in the main lodge garden suite and we loved everything about our room, bathrooms were super clean, the outdoor shower was amazing, bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The room deco is out of this world. The food was amazing, chef sithetho knows his way around the kitchen and he is very friendly. Caroline served us dinner and breakfast and she was very friendly. The constant check up in the restaurant makes the service very fast. Room service in the morning and at night 5 star treatment. If you want a good escape Unembeza Is the perfect place for you!!!!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay, leaving Unembeza was not easy we were tempted to extend our stay.
