Used them only because our hotel recommended. Reasonable rates and Yes they did get pick up around scheduled time. However the drivers are absolutely rude,blaten and have no respect and way of talking. Unicab needs to train their drivers about politeness,communication skills. First and last booking with them moving forward.

Absolutely unacceptable when a driver has no respect for his customers. I am not a Uber fan and therefore use taxis . But will never use unicab again . Daylight robbery and disrespectful driver .

Scammed by the driver. Charged 950 Rand for a trip from V&A Waterfront to CPT airport. Got in touch with Unicab and they said they would follow up but nothing ever happened. Very disappointing.

Booked a taxi and it never arrived. Phoned 3 x and said they will be there in 2 mins. After that did not answer the phone

No D35 Parking in disability zone.

Efficient and friendly as well as reasonable priced. You can book trips ahead of time and get quotes. Worth trying IF UBER has let you down.

Great service

We 4 of us used Unicab during our 4 day stay in Capetown. We found them to be safe, reliable clean and punctual. The drivers always went out of their way to help us. Cost was very competitive with Uber. Highly recommended.

One your drivers deliberately came speeding head on towards me in the opposite side of a narrow road and made me brake hard to the side of the road to avoid a head on collision. He has a sticker D83 sticker on the back. Please have a chat to him. He must of been in a hurry to get to a client, but its no reason to drive like a maniac. He did not apologise at all. Reckless driving. A lady turned into the side road to dodge as well who said what was that about? From the reviews below, it seems it has happened a few times and they do not care one bit about peoples lives on the road. Please have a chat to your drivers. Lets do it right and move forward. Thanks
