Great customer service,floor staff very helpful when asking for items

Lovely little store, friendly staff. Good for emergencies. Pricey

Very arrogant and unhelpful manager/supervisor...took advantage of the special offer but didn't have a smart shopper card...upon querying the special offer with the advert, the manager/supervisor showed me something illegible printed which was so finely printed that anyone would have to have 40/20 vision to read and was told that it stated "swipe card"... I also didn't take my change but the same manager/supervisor took a long time to get my change that frustrated me to the point of walking to him and taking my till slip and swearing him because I felt like he expected me to model in front of the store for my change. Pick 'n Pay Elgin Mall can keep my change for their valentines party and I intend returning there to return the goods that I purchased and don't intend supporting Pick 'n Pay ever again...Hopefully the Top Level management can read this review and deal with the staff accordingly...

This store is selling foods that are past the sell by date. This is the third time I have bought something that is questionable and has to be returned. The owner needs to look into this and stop this terrible practice.

My go-to pick and pay. Always clean Friendly staff And mostly has stock Plus..... they had all the black friday deals in stock
