Vegan Kitchen South Africa

This is one of the first 100% vegan restaurants I’ve come across on the garden route, Sunshine Coast and wild coast! I brought 3 non-veg people with me for brunch and everyone was excited to try something different than the usual eggs and toast that they sell EVERYWHERE. The pumpkin stack was fabulous! The presentation was lovely too. I also enjoyed the full English breakfast but found the portions to be a bit ridiculous 2 mushroom slices doesn’t really count as a side of mushrooms. The tofu scramble was decent but honestly needs more paprika and seasoning turmeric and salt is not enough. The crispy toast with hummus and veggies on toast was really quite small. One piece of toast and veg isn’t too filling- maybe they can offer an option to add a second piece of toast. I loved how many nut milk and kombucha options were on the menu! However, most of the kombucha flavors were sold out. The chai nut milk was delicious.

This is the perfect spot for a vegan. A wide variety at affordable prices. Everything is vegan. And they sell take away meals too. I would go here again. My stuffed mushroom meal was delicious.
