The service I have received from this "business" is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered flowers a month in advance for a wedding and paid the order in full. To our surprise my fiance's gran and mothers boyfriend Charles went to pick up the order driving from Richards Bay to Durban to finally get there and ask for the order and receive a "uuuhhhhh I'm not sure where your order is?" What kind of business is this? You expect an elderly woman of 70+ to chase your employees asking for help and she did not receive help when and half an hour later Charles the man that went with the gran asks for the manager he receives an " apparently you're looking for me" answer. After all of this we finally get substitutes for what we ordered and they are told to pay R3000 extra? I am going to Hellopeter this "company" tomorrow and let me tell you if this is not fixed I will take this further I will post on social media including radio. I will phone tomorrow and if we don't receive a refund of the extra amount that was paid I will take this further. There were people stealing flowers from each others trolley as they also didn't receive their orders and were desperate as they also have weddings the same weekend as it was a long weekend . Where is your professionalism?Where is your customer service?

Visited them yesterday. No assistance, staff were chatting away to one another and as I had purchad vases etc the previous week assumed flowers will also be a shop pay and go experience. Had field day choosing a whole trolley full of flowers till I alas arrived at the till to pay. Only one till was open and after about 10 minutes of standing around another till was opened. First thing I was asked was what is my account number???? Said I did not have one was then told to apply for one which will take 7 to 10 working days mind you and that you have to purchase for R3000 or that I could come in early the next day and ask a account holder to purchase for me and I then pay them a commission ?!? So, no account no flowers. Left my trolley at the till and walked out empty handed. Sad loss for the company. Really don't treat people well at the flower section

You need an account to buy flowers but you can get accessories with out a buyer's card. Strictly no cash payment by card or eft. Friendly staff and very good products/flowers

The service at this place is absolutely atrocious, the receptionist for starters has an attitude problem! I tried to place an order over the phone and she dropped the call twice, saying there's nothing she can help me with. I would not recommend to anyone who is serious about their event to use these guys.
