They don't answer they calls

1 star is far too much for this branch. They are so slow. Staff are on their phones or talking amongst themselves and not interested in processing at an efficient pace. Was there for 5 hours for signing waiting in the queue. They closed at 4pm and sent everyone away saying they could not attend to us. The attitude from the "Manager" was very poor. She could not answer why her staff are so slow. Met fantastic people in the queue. So many stories of days in queues and multiple visits for same issues. .

Horrible service, the worst. They can't even take out pregnant and elderly people from their ridiculously long que's. I'm standing in the que as we speak, I went in front to ask a question and was chased away to the back of a que like a dog. And I'm due to give birth in two days time.

This place is full of unwelcoming staff, people come from different places to be assisted but are turned away everyday because the staff does not want to work especially in the morning before lunch one will swear that there aren't people working there but the knock off time they are the first to leave without communicating with the people outside. Poor service shame. Even a star is too much for this office.

I was so impressed with the service

They are pathetic very slow ...they should just closed down because I had to wait in a line so long for them to come and say there is no water and they can't work , and to make it better they had very few staff members working ,mostly walking and turning they are useless ...they dont even deserve a star they should get 0 rating hope someone could please help and do something about this cause it's not me as an individual but there was alot of people that was waiting and had to go home and come back dont even know when and the best part is they prolong everything as well

As we speak ppl are come with their bus fare to come and stand here just to them talking with no respect and also with the bad attitudes the worse it is empty inside. These guys are not been far.

Very poor service, even if it closed due to Covid19 they leave no notics to notify the public we have to wait until the security tells us that it is close

There's always 1 person to assist the people with documentations, everything is in slow motion..exactly what's happening with this placeif you short staff why can't you hire?

poor service.... staff members are rude and they are always on break or busy when u phone to speak to someone. they laugh n make jokes while on the line when they make you wait
