Unfortunately dr Bailey was not at work I did not know someone else neutered my 2 year old GSD and he did not make it he passed the same night/ early morning hours. I am devastated immotionaly I am not okay it will be 2 weeks tomorrow it also had an impact on us as a family as people are now entering our property uninvited helping g themselves to our property not a day goes by that I don't miss him.

My cat came to get sterilized.. she got an abscess from unsterile operation environments.. she was depressed for the whole of the 10 days healing.. took her to a vet closer to me, she had another operation to fix this, got a tube put in and as soon as she came home from that vet, she was back to her usual self. You guys hurt her and put her though pain that she would have never had to go though if the sterilization was done properly. Very disappointed and I’ll never take her back to you guys for anything.
