Most terrible experience ever. Paid my deposit in July for December. Confirmed a week before everything was in order. Upon arrival the room we requested was booked out. Had to share a bathroom, no kitchen after I requested self catering. Had to pay the neighbour to stay the night at their house. When I asked for my money back he got stroppy. Totally disgusted with the manner in which we were dealt with.

Felt dirty and unsafe and is definitely not a 3 star. What is advertised is not what you get. The owner did not even know how many guests he was expecting. Not recommended at all.

Filthy dump with matching arrogant management rates increase within a day or two owner treats people like trash health and healthsafety risk rats in kitchen and structural compromise take a raincoat the place leaks water from many anglesRooms: 1/5

Old. 70s built & never updated. Old & decrepit. Poor facilities and generally dirty. A ripoff. I've seen better backpacker lodges

Poor communication and room was dirty. Also they don't answer the phone. Lady was very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.

Great The staff is very friendly and they are always around when you need them, it's safe and very quiet.i enjoyed it. thanks

Best place super clean felt just like home

Good for a no-frills value accommodation in a fairly central location.

Place is grubby and I'm still waiting for my deposit back after 2 months, thinking of starting charging interest.

Very functional conveniently located close to a bus stop I'm quite close to city centre
