Place is clean but old,landline doesn’t work,there’s no alternate numbers if you have any questions or queries,you’ll drive all the way only to find out they closing early due to a power outage, no back up power,no paper towels or disinfectant,no decent sized clocks to keep track of time,kind of shocking Virgin active allows one of their franchises to even operate like this,going to have seriously consider my future membership with this company
Has to be one of the worst Virgin Active clubs I have ever been to. Old outdated equipment not looked after. Missing weights, no one putting weights back where they find them etc. If they updated the equipment and place then they would get a lot more members signing up. The planet fitness is a better bet around the corner.
the vibe is super nice but the equipment is rusted and out dated. the smith machine is in bad shape, definitely need an upgrade.

Quite happy with the service. Always friendly staff. Good house keeping and a well managed gym. Equipment is showing its age, but still in good shape and serve its purpose. Big building gives a great sense of space.

The gym is very big compared to a few others I have been to. The equipment is well laid out, and the gym is very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only negative is that there is no Kauai. Other than that, it’s a great gym. Love the view of the dam...
Outdated needs renovations. And sometimes the classes.are cancelled when u arrive which is not acceptable. I have now even stopped going to classes. If the instructor is late or can't come they should have someone else to take over. They have fewer classes than every other club I have used before. Staff are not on the floor to offer assistance which is also different from the other clubs I have been too.
My gym as well. A cool place for all your workouts. There's also a very big swimming pool for those who love water. Steam rooms for relaxation, very good personal trainers and classes fo weight loss, yoga, punching and kicking. Awesome in 1 word
There is hardly hot water.. it’s warm on some days most days it’s very cold. They fix it it works for a day or two then it’s cold again.
