The Thursday spinning class instructor, Coach Sphiwe Mweli, This man lit up the room with his music & the session was even better. Loved it & I’m joining again next week Thursday 17:30. By the way he runs for Chillie Runners AC & also a coach.
Great gym. With the recent revamp, all equipment for a specific muscle group are together, and there is also an open space to do free weight training. One of the more versatile Virgin Actives out there. Most staff are very friendly and super helpful.
It’s a great gym. But whoever is in charge of servicing the assault bikes needs a good talking to. Maybe released of their job! I have been going to the gym for more than three years. They worked for a few months when I first joined but not since. Both of them have different malfunctions. I have complained about once a month for about 2,5 years. Nobody seems to care. I was told that I am wrong. That they do work the last time I tried. I have no idea how to shout any louder than I have done to get them fixed. Today one of the batteries of one has fallen out and the other doesn’t count calories. Pathetic really.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You feel so welcomed. The equipment is new and in good condition. It is very clean. Definitely excited to start gymimg here.
This place will make you forget that ypure at the gym. Its so easy to spend 4 hours without even noticing

Well organised and a good experience Other than when there is load shedding the generator doesn't seem to drive the treadmills Also the pulley weight equipment in front of the big mirrors as well as the one in the corner near the classes area are just never ever available to use ,there is no time limit on those and usually inconsiderate people hog that equipment for hours, very frustrating
Love the gym, nice space and good equipment.
The training facilities are up to standard and get serviced regularly. The ambience is amazing
