Their customer service is non existent. I sent them an email with photos, and there was no response. Has anybody else noticed that their suppliments/multivitamins have a hole in the packaging, which is suppose to be sealing the product?

Placed and paid an online order last week. Received emailed confirmation that order will be delivered in 2-4 days. Tried to send emails following up on order but the email address on the order confirmation bounces back. Phoned Vital after a week of no further communication or delivery. Shifted from pillar to post and nobody knows what is happening, other than telling me that their website has been having problems for several weeks. No interest in refunding me or delivering my order. Made several calls already today, each time being promised that someone would phone me back which does not happen. Not a trustworthy company. Not recommended.

I contacted Vital Foods 2 days ago about a products I had purchased which i was not 100% happy with and all I can say is that the customer care division is amazing - they sorted it out immediately today I received a replacement -Well done

I am deeply disappointed with the shameless overpackaging for their pills - using a mere 10% of a solid single use plastic container. claim to be a health food company but where is your social consciousness regarding the environment

Awesome products and very effective at all levels... Go on!! Try Vital health it works no jokes!

Bought 2 packets of the vital crisps, and they are both don't contain more that 3 or 4 chips

I would have appreciated a response regarding my complaint but i was ignored after speaking to customer service.
