Friendly helpful staff with good prices on accessories and knowledgeable in solving software and cell phone problems.

The shop is becoming small for the amount of people serviced, otherwise the service was prompt and good.

The manager there is unprofessional and Arrogant, he spoke to us in a very demeaning way as if we didn’t know anything. To make things worse his employee had to intervene and explain the situation to us which he did tactfully and respectfully unlike the manager, maybe he should be the manager and the other guy goes for training again. Thanks to that experience I will never go to another Vodafone store again and make sure none of my friends and family does.

Bad service bought a screen protector from them ..they didn't fit it well,I couldn't use my phone properly the phone was not sensing my fingers ..the glass screen protector was showing signs of not being fitted well from the shop but lady told me that it will be fine...when I went to the shop a day later they are telling me that they can't help me because they are out of stock but they can give me a different made of screen protector which also cost lesser than the one I had bought but they won't refund me the difference..so I'm getting something that I paid more for..what nonsense is this

The service was excellent. They can be even greater if they can minimise the time per customer so as to assist more and keep queue short.

Excellent service received over the phone from Ayanda, she was friendly, professional and precise, all my issues where sorted out quickly and efficiently......... I received good service from the Richards Bay branch instore but they don't seem to answer their phones.

Don't go to this store if you can help it. They didn't submit my sim swap on Thursday when I went there at 11.30 am and when I called Vodacom on Friday morning to see what the status was, they said that it hadn't been submitted by the store. They tried phoning the store but the line is just never answered. I tried numerous times too, but the store's line is always unavailable. I had to drive to the store again and was helped by the Manager. Before driving out to the store, I tested my phone a few times again to see if I could make calls and I could not. when I got to the store the Manager checked and I was able to make calls. He claims it was submitted the previous day after 8pm. This was probably a lie because Vodacom had called my wife at about 9.45 telling her that it had been submitted that morning. Not one apology from the Manager for wasting my time and for their store messing up. Don't go there, just don't

horrible service, yes it was 4.45pm, but you guys are too good for my money. I awaited an email from your consultant, i asked for an application form so i my fill it out but it seems like its an effort to do. I would be in your shop tomorrow morning but it looks like id rather go online and apply since its "Time up"

Extremely unhappy with their service. My first time putting a contract into my name. I was notified that I was due for upgrade and went into the store to change the contract from my parents name to mine, wasn't notified that I was in fact upgrading on 21 months and the balance would still be deducted from my account as well as an extra once off payment which has now put my phone bill way out of budget for the next few months. How was I supposed to know all of this as a new client? Imagine my surprise when I get to my emails and see the bill? Thanks a lot Vodacom!!
