The only cell phone shop I go to for my personal and business needs. Cynthia is a legend, helpful and fast every time.
Very helpful consultants. I was assisted by Cynthia. This lady was patient, very knowledgeable about their offerings and most helpful. She made my cellphone upgrade experience a pleasure. Arnold was very approachable as a manager. I would recommend this shop over the one at Liberty Mall. Perhaps the team from Vodacom Liberty Mall could learn a few pointers from Arnold and Cynthia. Keep it up guys.
Brilliant store. They were the only store I called who offered an ETA of new stock and went out of their way to order for us rather than just waiting for stock to reach the store. Excellent, friendly staff. Will be happy to deal with them again.
If it wasnt for Jonathan, they would have No Stars. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, attentive and tried to assist with technical issue I had. The technician was the exact opposite in every way. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. He needs urgent training on customer service and his technical skills need improvement too.
One very dissatisfied customer here. Unfortunately I was not happy at all with how the manager handled my complaint today. I will attempt to speak with him again to resolve the situation.
Very helpful staff and all prepared to go the extra mile to help get stock items that were out of stock collected from other branches. Service like one expects.

Great friendly service as always, and this time it was from Shritu! What a lovely professional person, very efficient and despite network issues, persevered and got me sorted! A credit to the business!!
The staff here are wonderful, efficient and friendly when dealing with admin. Would recommend over locations at higher foot traffic.
