I have not had such amazing service in a really long time as soon as i walked into store every lady was smiling it was so welcoming i would recommend them every time!!!!
Poor service and poor workmanship. Had wedding ring resized in Dec. Sizing was done wrong and when we returned a few days later, was given the runaround. Poor quality of workmanship also clearly visible on the ring.
Excellent service however very limited choice in shop i presume its because of the factory been shut down for covid 19 pricing good update Sadly shop has closed about october
Excellent service and great quality repairs at an affordable price. Staff is very friendly and services are swift and of very good quality. Extremely happy with the jewelry repair they facilitated for me.
The communication from staff is absolutely poor they had me waiting 3 weeks for resizing of a ring just tell they can't even make that specific ring in the size,and then tried to give me substitute ring instead on the collection day absolutely poor this is how they do business
My ring is brand new, I took in for resizing and it came back looking brand new.
