Really enjoyed the smoked haddock breakfast, you don't often see it on menus these days, but the clear winner was the bolognese breakfast. Dogs were welcomed with water and there is a great park nearby. Great spot. Prices were reasonable and coffee is very good.

Now calls the Gourmet Grocer. Decent food with a well sized menu. Staff are friendly but service is terrible. Even when there are literally 3 tables the waiters are all outside chatting. Sad as we could have ordered more but service pushed us to get the bill and leave.  Vegetarian options: Also kosher options.

It's okay, I ordered a Chai latte, very weak and watery. My spoon was dirty and the toilets are disgusting, dirty, no soap and no toilet paper. Music loud so it's hard to actually chat if you are inside. The staff are warm and helpful. Not sure what all the hype is about this spot. Maybe it's the location it's central.

South Africa has been load shedding since 2008 - 14 years and still you use load shedding as an excuse for bad management and can’t serve a standard breakfast and instead after promising you’re open for trade you make 7 people wait for over an hour for breakfast and coffee? I’m very accommodating most days but this is unacceptable.

Had a bad experience here. Manager was very arrogant and made excuses for employee's bad service.

Vegetarian options: Great breakfast and lunch spot. Good variety on the menu and everything is prepared fresh and is of good quality. Unfortunately service is prohibitively slow- so ensure you are able to wait 30-45 minutes for food.  Parking: Accessible open air Parking
