If you want to take your car for a service there think carefully about it, or be prepared to pay for expensive damages they caused. They broke our car's side mirror button. When I complained about it they just told us that the Technician said he found it like that. We demand to speak with the manager, he was unavailable at the time. When the manager called he told my husband they are looking into it and are awaiting for camera footage to see if it was broken or not. Today a lady not sure who it was told my husband over the phone that the manager told her that they will not replace the broken item as the Technician said it was broken. So what happened to the footage all of the sudden. And they think my husband and I do not communicate. She also told them that they phoned me and told me it was broken. Never had a phone call from them not even a miss call. And then few days after the service we got a sms from our service plan provider of the x amount they have paid for the service and it was more then the invoice is that they gave us when I picked up the car. Don't take you car there. Edit: To respond please stop lying. You guys can't keep up with the lies. You are digging a hole for yourself. Stick to one lie. Get a better system for book in inspection thrn you wont have these problems. Or do you keep your in book inspection like this so that you don't have to pay for the damages your people causes. My husband and I do communicate and I was with him most of the time when he spoke to your useless manager. Not only do you brake peoples stuff you charge the service plan more then the invoice are. You guys are a disgrace.

Vehicle was towed to the garage, staff were more interested in leaving for the day then following procedure to book the vehicle in for a warranty claim. No communication from the staff of the dealership in regards to what was happening to my vehicle, only after escalating the matter to head office after two weeks of the vehicle being in their custody did they get started on the vehicle. I had a pathetic experience at this specific dealership.

Gone are the days of offering your customer some hospitality. Sales consultant was helpful but not as knowledgeable about the car as I would have expected.
