The spa offers self catering accommodation in old farm house buildings dating back to the 19th century, timber chalets sleeping 4 – 8 persons and some parked caravans. The kiosk is stocked with basic provisions and the bottle store stocks local wines.

For those who would like to explore the vast outdoors, there is a hiking trail on the property as well as drives to nearby mountains and town. Here we offer you country hospitality at a slow pace, tranquility, wide open spaces and steaming hot water to restore body, mind and soul.

The location of this resort is perfect for hiking and to enjoy the panoramic views. The warm water pools were enjoyed by everyone. There are no lights at the pool in the evening. Everything in the chalets need some very very serious upgrading and refurbishment. They also don't accommodate disabled people. When we left we swept out old dust so the accommodation is not very clean. The kitchen equipment was sparse and those that were there were old and of very poor quality. There are no inventory lists but a breakage deposit is required. The microwave is outdated. It has a 2 plate stove which does not switch off unless switched off at the plug. The showerheads are rusted so it cannot be adjusted. There were times when there was no warm water. The rules about no music needs to be reviewed. Not even soft music is allowed. We were harassed from the 1st night when sitting outside and having a conversation - its regarded as being noise. We were told to sit inside instead of at the fire or on the patio area. Our stay was not pleasant so we will not consider recommending this place and neither will we opt to return to it. This place is not for people under 70 years old. Rooms: Bedding needs to be changed.
Great location and relaxing hot pools which have been recently renovated. The restaurant serves great food and has an amazing view. The only downside being that the wooden chalets desperately need renovation, they are not up to the standard one expects for the price....Rooms: 1/5
Most affordable hot spring getaway. Perfect for R&R with hiking trail. Studio bathhouse stay is definitely best with private spa bath instead of communal. Kitchen and room facilities are minimal without TV etc which is great to get away from city. There's no wifi neither except at lapa area. Closest grocery store is 30km away so be prepared. Else there is a small tuckshop for snacks or eat at their restaurant.
Great place to come with your family. Facilities are clean and neat. If you camping in a tent, be aware that you may well be given a stand on a slope, not nice to role around all night. Awesome place and great scenery.Rooms: 4/5
Still one of the best locations. Accommodation need urgent upgrading with environment, linen and working amenities such as bedside lamps. A fan had to be rented instead of ceiling fans. Beds were antique and mattress old in room6 Restaurant food was excellent.Rooms: 1/5
Great place. We had terrible weather & could not enjoy the wonderful warm bath. I believe Feb/March is a good time to visit.
I love this place and return where never I can. Friendly staff and I love the fact that it's away from busy town life. Self-catering with the option of eating at the restaurant. Bathhouse no 5 is my favourite with access to the roman bath as a treat.Rooms: 5/5
Really enjoyed my time. Electrified campsites are great, level, with good grass coverage. Pools are great too, from child's water, to crazy hot.
Diffrent kinds of accomadation. Best in the week rates. Brand new ablution blocks, coldwater pool with 2 hot pools. Very well run and managed with strict rules.Rooms: 4/5
