Excellent hangout. Banting option is the sexy burger which is the burger minus the bun on a salad. Excellent sausage options and a variety of craft beers. No real soda's to speak of, but the barbecued meats are pretty good. Friendly staff, pay up front and go have a seat outside and soak up the atmosphere.
Formerly &Union, this was one of my favorite hang outs in Cape Town. Large outdoor beer garden, weekly wine tastings, and super friendly staff! Since the rebranding to WB, the vibe and patrons have changed quite a bit and a dip in service quality... still a good spot for large groups , and one of the few bars with great eats to pair!
Central location, food is fresh and staff sharp. Good for a post work drink or casual meeting. Need a padded wallet though compared to better establishments and similar offerings.
Great atmosphere and soo many beautiful patrons, but they have changed the name of the place and replaced the menu - they previously sold German food but now sell Greek inspired dishes
Nothing special. Live music now and then. The name is German so is the simple food. The music is loud and range from hard Rock to reggae.
