Very dissatisfied with their service. Vehicle went in on the 12th April and to date, it is still not fixed. Technicians are still not sure what the issue is. The feedback we get every day is that they are working on it. They cannot even give us a courtesy vehicle to use in the interim.

The service is excellent there even though their space is a small.

Bad service....took my car for service and I only received it the following day, the excuse I gt ws tht he couldn't get hold of me through the phone. Thy rate their customers according to skin colour and the car u driving. When I tried to complain I ws told tht the manager is nt around.

Manufacturer can not figure out what is wrong with their own brand car.

The service is excellent and the people are friendly. We are dealing with them for the past 18 years because of there excellence

Personal experience - not good. Bought a car and having endless hassles mechanically. So much so that I am in the process of approaching the ombudsman to have the sale nullified and requesting full re-imbursement. Wife does not trust the car and since we bought it a year ago she has only done about 6000km. :

Experienced friendlier service at other dealers. There cellphones is more important than customers.
