The place is neat and security is good. Convenient location among other complexes and schools as well as shopping centres. Easy access to highway as well.

Apartment 374 Willow Crest, stay away. The owner and the agent Vartrust will give you a hard time when they have to give you back your deposit. Owner is unreasonable and will make you pay for items that are fair wear and tear from day to day use and Vartrust the agent does not care what you say as the tenant, whether you have completed an inspection form or taken pictures of the property as proof , they will disregard all those. And the turnaround time is not 14 days as per the lease you sign. I had to do constant follow-up calls and emails to get my deposit. Which was half of the actual deposit I paid when I moved in. I was ripped off and I still did not get an invoice as proof that the handyman indeed charges R450 per hour. And they do not ask you. whatever the owner says they want fixed they deduct in on your deposit. Good luck to whoever that takes up the property. Instead you get a rude and abrupt response from the person that processes payments at Vartrust and the agent does not have a say they don't even respond to your concerns

Secure complex, security always on alert. Lived here for a good year and 2 months. Just not too happy about the noise that breaks out on some weekends

Very nice clean and well maintained place

Definitely loved it from the moment I walked in: very cozy, neat, clean and well resourced.
