Your brochure yesterday says 'We've got gas' - really?!?! No gas and was told there was no use adding my name to the list..... NEWS FLASH.... the local Babi shop had gas at a far superior price.
I had a short but varied list of items that I required for maintenance of a flat I was visiting. I was met at the door by a friendly assistant. He took me to each of the items without any fuss. They have everything you need for repairs and maintenance. One item I brought back, because it wasn't suitable for the application they returned without any fuss.
Helpful staff and lots of choices of DIY products. Convenient and mostly well-priced for a smaller store.

Often got helpful service here, but do not try to get paint matched here. Staff were not helpful even after I returned with a piece of the old wall scrapings. I do not understand their limitation, since Builders Express were able to colour match off the wall scraping perfectly well. Totally different attitude to client service. Lost this customer for good. Rude is never good, and it does affect buying loyalty.
I had to purchase specific white paint. On arrival was greeted at the door, asked about what I needed and taken to what I needed. Also given an explanation on this specific paint.

Always find what I need here and staff are so helpful
Good prices for Cadac gas tanks and to have the tank filled. The owner Manager is hands-on and very helpful, as are the sales agents.
