Woodstock SAPS

On the 07. March I called this police station over 10 times. NOBODY ever answered the phone. Wonder why people have to pay taxes for such a shi..…poor service

Worst experience at a police station ever. Needed to open a case of fraud. I was sent to wait in a room for about 20 minutes until a detective arrived. The detective then sent me back into the waiting room and told me to start opening a case. While in the waiting room I was told to sit down.. a further 10 minutes elapsed until I ask what's going on... nothing was going on they just weren't helping me. They then give me a form but there wasn't a pen for me.. when I enquired about this they tried to tell me it was because of covid but I quickly pointed out that they had given the same pen to multiple people, which was currently being used by some one else. I then asked why I had to wait so long and they said it was because of the pen... at this point I've gotten up and left... can't believe I got treated this way.

I wish i had the experience of some one who rated them 5 stars... But no, they were pathetic to me. My criminal case has gone unreported after 40+ minutes of their ineptitude.

Excellent police officers - I was helped immediately and they were kind and courteous. Considering the level of crime and their workload, this was so wonderful to see - well done!

Very biased male officer. Asked for assistance for an extremely personal issue and he made my situation known to everybody around by speaking loud. Can understand why most women avoid police stations

I called the Woodstock police for an emergency today and the van arrived in about 5 minutes. Previously I had to have a document verified and was served by a very friendly and efficient officer. He was also very knowledgeable about other logistical matters pertaining to IDs. Much appreciated!

I received great service while opening a case here. Officers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made a bad situation a little bit better for me. Thanks!

I am highly impressed with the fast, efficient and professional service I received at Woodstock SAPS. I barely sat down when a very helpful and pleasant Constable assisted me. Well done Woodstock SAPS and please keep up the great work.

Not a horrible experience. Constable/Sergeant Yoko helped me to file a motor vehicle accident report. The wait was 10min and the entire process was completed within 15min. Best experience I've had in a police for a long time.
