The friendly and helpful staff deserve a 5 star rating! But the store layout could be improved - it would benefit significantly from having the Food section enlarged, which would allow for a greater variety of products to be stocked and a less cramped experience for customers. Ultimately this WW Food section only sees us repeatedly because it's the only WW this side of the tunnel.

They provide good quality foods, and their employees are very respectful towards consumers.

I was a bit disappointed with its empty shelves and very small variety of gluten free ready to eat lunches. At least the personnel was friendly.

We had a very friendly and helpful staff member who went out of their way to help us find the bedding we wanted. The clothing division is nice with very cute items for kids. Lovely choice of jeans and their food section, although small, has delicious and fresh options available.

Please give recognition to the cashiers in the food section for their value added service.

I have been charged twice for a top to the value of R400.00. I only discovered it after arriving home 300km away. I told the cashier that the paypoint is faulty because I cannot see what she does. She said that she is aware of it! Tried to call them the whole afternoon but no answering.

My go to shop for food and clothes when I am in the mall,The staff is exceptional always friendly makes you feel right at home and always remembers you,The food options are great and the rotisserie chicken is the best in town

Good service, well stocked

The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Love going there because of the great atmosphere between the staff and good quality food products. The WW shop itself has most of the basics and good quality products. The food section's layout isn't great though. Too small and the layout reduces movement space even more. Clothing section is okay. It doesn't have a large variety, and it appears to be just for a selected target market. The home section is super small, and a bit hidden away. Would love it if there were a bigger selection.

This branch have very friendly as well as helpful staff. The staff are always nearby to help if you should need it. The variety of clothes are great and the store is always clean and well stocked. If you should need something that is not in stock they are very helpful in ordering it for you. In the food department the variety of food is great and always fresh and neat. Your hands are always sanitized when you enter the store and they obey the Covid regulations which is great to see during this time. The quality of food as well as clothes is very good and it's worth it to pay more for better quality. Shopping in this store is a very good experience and I would recommend visiting them, it is always a pleasure shopping in this branch. During busy times they ensure that there are enough cashiers to help the customers, this ensure that you don't have to wait in line for long. The only recommendation I would have is that online shopping be available for pickup in store for the times you would like to buy something from them that isn't available in store or after hours.
