The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their wine section always comes with amazing surprises and a lot of collections of tasty wine to choose from.

Food is absolutely great and healthy too. Service is excellent. Waiters are nearby to assist at all times and are very friendly.

Bakery has nerds.. I wonder if they get paid okay.. I was asking the lady about the pizza that's displayed on top. The prices was tricky 3 for R40.. She looked at me in Awe.. I jus said OK n walked away.. I said poor thing mus be overworked.. Underpaid Woolworths u are a brand.. Be wise..when employment.. Customers want happy workers helping them with grace. Please and thank you is important

Service was absolutely PATHETIC. There were only 8 people in, our simple orders took forever! And all the orders were wrong in someway and had to get sent back. My order layed on the counter for over 20min unattended. Until I asked what's going on This place is a disgrace to the woolworths name. Employ people who care about jobs

Very clean Well designed layout Staff extremely polite and helpful Well stocked shelves so was able to get everything I needed

My person and I Stopped by Woolie café for a quick lunch, absolutely no regrets. I ordered the strips from the kiddies menu and my person ordered the all day breakfast, it didn't disappoint. Fresh and fabulous

I had a terrible shopping experience at the Pavilion branch of Woolworths on Sunday morning. Hadebe was the cashier that served me with a very surly demeanor when I requested that she swop my cold drinks to a different bag and she just glared at me. She did not thank me and I said that she had a real attitude. She proceeded to shout at me in front of all the customers and said that I was the one with the attitude and proceeded to argue and insult me. I did report her to her supervisor, Bongi and I gave her my card. She said that a manager will call me and no manager called. This ruined my whole day and they can learn from the cashiers at Dischem. They are so friendly and obviously love their jobs. You expect at least not to be insulted and shouted at the cashier.

Has a good range of products and very neat. Love the coffee shop
