If ure in Caversham, ask no more. The bottle store could use some help tho regarding stock levels and what to order to cater for different tastes. Variety is needed in the bottle store. The grocery side is great.deli staff is friendly and considerate. Shout out to Hlengiwe, the cashier supervisor. Even tho there are ques in the afternoon...u dont wait very long.cashiers get the job done.

Decent place you can get most things... It a very convenient store

I understand some may hesitate at the location of this store. But it really is a pleasure to shop here. Safe parking. Friendly long standing car guards and they make the best curry. Everything is always fresh. Sure not as large a variety as the super grocery stores but really does have everything you may need and is never super busy so it's a pleasure to shop and not have to worry about enormous queues.

Second time buying meat products at Pick ‘n Pay Caversham it is always off‍.

Apparently they were short staffed however nobody took the time to explain that to us that were standing in the queue at the money market for a long period of time. Cashier Bongekile was assisting an elderly lady with a long query, then called the man waiting in front of me. When it was my turn, ahe just continued with the elderly lady again. When she walked past me, I asked her and she just walked away only to tell her after she returns that she went to call another cashier. I asked for the manager and they gave me his name, Shaun Cutting. I'm disappointed at the bad service with staff that look as if they don't want to be there.

Clean store. Very limited product range, which tends to be inconvenient. I LOVE their cupcake snowballs! I wish they were sold online too, in singles.

One of the best stores I've been to. Always well stocked and very clean. Fresh foods is always of the highest quality, from meat to the fruit and veg. The staff know you well and are ever so willing to assist. Store manager is on the floor and very hands on hence I've had the pleasure of meeting him. Aunty Sheila, who I've known since the store opened is the sweetest most helpful person in the store. Due to the professionalism and quality of the store I will not shop at another store. The bigger stores should take a few pointers. Well don't to the management and staff at Pineridge for impeccable service.
