Kloof Pick N Pay

Nice shop with everything you need with a clothing shop just next to it. Many other shops available.

Pick n Pay in the Fields Centre is all you will expect from a Pick n Pay: all the usual products at decent prices. The clothing section is also well-stocked and accessible from inside the store. The staff are friendly, the tills well-manned and the product ranges are great. There is a great sanitising station for your basket or trolley. The parking for the centre is also easily accessible and plenteous, with the added advantage that it is all on one level, so no need for lifts or ramps. A great shopping experience.

I have tried Kloof pnp for the last 6 months and have found the tellers and supervisors/management to be very unhelpful to the extent that we have often left the shop feeling that we should try somewhere else. Well today I was charged fully on a number of the specials and treated poorly when I questioned the staff and supervisors. I won’t be back to kloof Pick n Pay again.

Lazy, Late & Indifferent

Store has been re designed and does look quite good. Staff are friendly and helpful. This store has the Pick and Pay clothing as well, so it quite nice to be able to shop for a Ts or Track pants etc for the Virgin Active next door.... Store has changed it trading hours. Now closes at 7pm Weekdays which is great.

I have been a resident of Kloof for many years and have always shopped at Pick n Pay. Over the years I have found the TELLERS and PACKERS to be UNFRIENDLY. They never greet you or look at you when approaching the till. I have started avoiding Pick N Pay Kloof now because of this unfriendly service. Would be good if they could get some training on customer service. The MANAGEMENT are AMAZING and I miss their friendly faces. The staff at the FRESH PRODUCE COUNTER are GREAT too.

I am in love with the new range of cooked food and wish all stores would take after you. Amazing Durban Chicken Fillets and priced reasonably. Amazing variety of wraps. Friendly staff and amazing management. Keep it up.
