Very excellent service. The customer service representative were so helpful as I'm looking into buying appliances for my start-up business. Not really busy in during weekdays.
Great customer service and sufficient parking Unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for, it was out of stock.
Good place to shop for all sort of items groceries to electronics at great prices, especially when buying in bulk. There’s also a huge liquor store that caters for everyone at discounted prices. Parking is adequate, but can get busy during holidays and weekends.
Shopped here for years.. until a staff member told me to not shop here if I wanna complain.. Don't see the point of waiting 30min to get out the door when they check your slip and stare in your trolley.. they not checking anything .. checking random item they see on top then seeing if it's on the slip.. So fare to say my 10k monthly may have to be used elsewhere..

Pathetic and disgusting service at the highest level.Phoning the store is a mission cos either calls not answered or you get cut off. The store never has stock of advertised goods and when you try to purchase online it routes you to the closest store instead of a central point which some items once ordered, after a day are SOLD OUT. One recent purchase was a steam iron which came with parts broken off. You then are not even informed on no stock Promises to resolve issues seldom kept and you as a customer call back for feedback Couriers used are also slow to deliver online orders.
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. I placed my online order a month ago. My order number is MAK4040504. Till today I have spent over R300 making calls to Makro customer care and Makro Springfield Park. My order has still not been delivered. I don't think I will recommend anyone to order .
Staff are like con artist coning people with their lies I have been waiting for months for television I bought and returned with no sound the next day they treated me with the utmost disrespect as if I bought from a spaza shop at the township it's sad to see how this country has become
The makro store was pretty busy but it was spacious enough to fit two trolleys in every space. The selection of products is greater than any other store I have been to in Durban and we found international products as well as very hard to find South African products. The staff where helpful and very polite and we had three different people help us find exactly what we needed. All round very good expirence. Really deserves five stars
Niresh - branch manager - and his staff are on the ball when doing their work. Super careful when it comes to a client's car. Always friendly. Niresh knows his products inside out. Prices, very reasonable. I'll recommend Tyres & More. Peace of mind.
