Had a very bad experience with the lady with eye glasses her name tag was written Sindisiwe. I don't know if she had a bad day or what but believe me she ended up ruining mine as well.I Will never go there again!

Very clean store. Most staff members are pleasant. Short queues at the tills. The fresh bakery section was clean and got what I needed. Pop in every now and then to do shopping for odds and ends.

Much better after the revamp!!! Staff r great and on the ball. Management quite happy to step n help if needed.

The best Pick n Pay store ever. Dean and staff always go above and beyond for their customers. Refurbished store is well laid out and very user friendly. They also keep the best kosher stock in Durban!! As a regular local shopper I can HIGHLY recommend.

Nice shops, has most items however was out of chicken breast when we went. We even asked the butchery team.

The service is the friendliest in the country. The store is well managed and we'll spaced. Shelves always packed and items well displayed. The fresh produce is fresh!! Amazing delivery service, wonderful drivers to get you and your groceries safely home. Overall, great store with friendly atmosphere. There best PnP around Definitely a 5-Star store. The best supermarket by far.. they know you by name if you're a regular... drop you off home if there is alot to carry.. even fetch you when available or around the area.

My go to spot for years and years. Friendly staff and excellent easy layout of products on shelves. Love the presentation of the flower section.
