Description

Swimming at Wynberg has progressed wonderfully over the years. We have seen many records broken at interschool galas, as well as at National Competitions, and presently have a number of Western Province swimmers. Two Wynberg Old Boys – Seddon Keyter and Corne Swanepoel – went on to represent South Africa and New Zealand respectively in the Olympics.

Very spacious and clean, lifeguards clearly visible and friendly. They offer swimming lessons for free, Thursday to Sunday mornings at 9am. Picnic areas and 2 parks for children, really a hidden gem Wonderful place to spend the day with your family
Very impressed! Neat and well maintained. Lifeguards are very visible and really engaged. Lovely park for the younger kids as well. Pensioners and kids under 3 years of age are Free. Kids 3 - 16 pay R3 and adults are charged R9. Great value for money
It was beautiful, water was in immaculate condition. Life guards were present and active/aware, Solid experience and its only R9!!! Fun activity for any household of any income. Swimming lessons are available too!! all you need to do is inquire on the schedules then you are sorted.
Took a few community kids. They had a ball. But closes for loadshedding
There's 3 pools the lifeguards are visible. I liked the baby pool however they need to maintain the tiles in the baby pool as both my grandchildren had opened scratches on their knees and legs due to the sharp/ broken tiles.
Very well-maintained. The security was amazing. Life guards were very alert and made me feel secure about young children's safety in the pool

A lovely and peaceful swimming pool where the whole family can enjoy themselves. My little one utterly enjoyed himself there. First time for him being in a pool. I'm just a little sad that there is no diving allowed into the big or main pool as I love to dive and see how deep and far I can swim in the main pool. Will definitely be going there again. Place will be jam packed on the weekends, so rather try and go during the week
Kids park. 3 pools. Great for the whole family & clean facilities. Loved it.
Alternate ur fitness days with swim laps off peak times Well managed public facility
