Would have given Yoco 5 Stars unfortunately the service department for connectivity has failed completely. The telephone is not answered so that we can report a connectivity fault. This leaves our business and clients frustrated because we cannot process card payments.
I have been using Yoco for a few years now and I have to say it is just going down hill, when they first started out they were good and there was good service. But since then it is terrible, the service is disgusting and do not bother trying to contact them because they do not answer nor ever get back to you. I can't even use my own companies name because it is being used by someone else even though I am the registered Director of the company.
Yoco is not just about selling card machines, but they also offer a whole lot of very useful and cool services geared towards helping small businesses grow. Yoco has made International Payments very easy with Yoco Payment Links. I love Yoco
is a no no for me Purchased a yoco device for our business and everything seemed seamless and easy until the money needed to be paid over to our bank account, that's when we are informed the registration is not complete as some documents are outstanding. Why did you allow us to transact in the first place. The support team is also very unhelpful and incompetent everytime you interact with them they are escalating. Very angry and frustrated.
This is an experience of one if Yoco’s clients. Not Yoco. Just putting it out there so Yoco are aware. WW Drivelines: All was going well until I had to pay. Lady asks if I’m paying cash or card, say card. She goes to fetch her Yoco, comes to front desk and says she hopes this works. Tries resetting it with her pen and tells me she can’t accept card, please can I come back later with cash, I tell her I can’t as have no vehicle. Making it my problem that their credit card machine isn’t working. I phone hubby and ask him to make an EFT. He says as soon as he is finished with meeting. The owner then comes and says I must go to bank and draw cash and I mustn’t come with my issues for not having cash on me and it isn’t their fault their machine isn’t working. And now complaining that we bank with Standard Bank and not their Bank FNB. Sent POP twice and then came and gave me keys. Not even a Thank you for business.
I bought the YOCO Go-Card machine to test it out. 1. YOCO took longer than they said they would to verify my Identity Details. 2. It's been 4 days now and the money which they said would reflect 2 days ago latest still hasn't reflected in my account. Maybe it will work really well in the future, however, currently, it really isn't serving me really well. I will try it for a few more times. Best of 5, and then come back and write my overall review.
I went to the exact location where the building for Yoco store. It closed two years ago and I came there for nothing. This address needs to be updated and give correct information that Yoco has partnered with few stores so we can get Yoco at the correct place.
Service is terrible and slow they take forever to connect you and your business
Pathetic service. The little device is great but when you want backup service there is none. Does anyone at Yoco know how to answer a phone?
Payments have never failed and this little machine has made a huge positive change to our business in convenience for guests and ourselves. Services just keep getting better as more options are added. Thank you Yoco!
