I visited Hyde Park branch. Best bra you will ever own! To visit Bra Guru is also a very pleasant experience. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel like a celebrity. Love this store!
I visited the Craighall branch in August this year. I paid R1300 for a bra, the cheapest bra out of all the options that I fitted. 3 Months down the line I am finding that the underwire is pushing through the material under the arm and scraping my skin. So, either the bra is not good quality or the size I was told I am is not correct. I have followed the care instructions for the bra as stipulated when you buy an item and I followed the lady's instructions on how to put the bra on correctly when I bought it. I'm highly disappointed that this is happening to a bra that I paid so much money for after only 3 months of wear. For such expensive bras, the quality should be much better.

I can't actually recommend enough. I never realised I was wearing the totally wrong size bra and would not be able to get an adequate size at normal stores until I took the plunge and visited here. I went from having bad shoulder pain, pulling straps and falling out of my current bras to the most comfy, well-fitting bras I've ever had in my life after visiting. It's not cheap but it's worth it.
Staff lovely and bras fantastic quality and fit
We were passing on the way to lunch with a friend and I took my 12 yr old daughter in for an impromptu fitting. I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was respectful helpful and kind to me and my shy girl. We took one bra but i wish we had bought another despite the price which is more than i spend on mine! She loves it and we cannot find anything comparable especially without wires anywhere else. Next time i am in Johannesburg i will be looking to return. I would certainly recommend them to any mums looking for a spot to have their daughters first bra fitted and indeed for anyone looking for a specialist bra shop.
Life changing getting a fitting, and then purchasing beautiful Bra’s from The Bra Guru a new lease on life. Professional and warm service. I felt like a new person wearing the proper bra. Wow, no turning back. Just extending my bra collection, so nice wearing well fitting and pretty bras the Bra Guru The One and Only
