Clean, very friendly stuff and the massage was total bliss and they have a Jacuzzi
Wasn't sure if I should go with 3 or 4 stars, went with 4 because the staff were so friendly. Prices are competitive in my opinion, service good. Not a 5 star spa but due to price and staff I have will definitely visit them again
My hudband and I enjoyed an unbelievable back massage and Facial today at Zenju spa. The staff was very friendly and the masseuses amazing! We will definitely return!
I personally haven't been here although we staying near it for a wedding, It's generally quiet n peacefully the 3time I was visiting the place
Booked online which was confirmed but when we got there they said their online bookings don’t really work and that they would not be able to fulfill our booking. Very bad experience
It was ok. It was more of a back rub than a back massage. It was not terrible though but I did not walk away feeling I had a great massage.
We arrive at 1:50pm for our 2pm appointment To be told by the receptionist we are very early for our 2:30pm appointment. I told her nope, it's 2pm and she insists it's 2:30 until I show her the confirmation for 2pm. She then calls some1 to say they messed up the booking That person advises her to give us a free bottle wine to have while we wait till 2:30. Birthday mood is already being ruined and mood is so important before going in for multiple treatments. No problem. At 2:45pm after no news from anyone we decide to leave then as walking out she says, our room is ready. Pls come back. Had it not been for the the good job the therapists did. Would have gave a 1. Was it any other day but my wife birthday I would have no issue waiting but with so many plans for her special day this really set us back. Would not recommend anyone to book here for a special day.
Beautiful place with very friendly stuff. The manager is very sweet. My daughter also enjoyed her treatment. We will definitely come back next time we in Ballito. Amazing!
My wife and i had a wonderful "de-stressing" cession a few hours ago. Nosi and Khanyi did it so professional two hours flew by, for me like most men i am only getting used to spa treatments and put Zenju right up there with the best in JHB, the pricing was very reasonable the setting is stunning overlooking the ocean, so in al a 10/10 so enjoy your booking!
How disappointing. If I could give minus stars I would. Booking made and confirmed via email. On arrival the lady was having breakfast and nobody at reception. The lady did not want to help me. No booking was written in diary, her first booking was later and she had no interest in resolving my issue. As a local I am shocked and saddened to see how our important tourism market will be affected by this attitude.
